Hytte standard:

According to Norwegian building regulations (TEK17), holiday cabins (hytter) with a heated floor area (BRA) of up to 70 m² are exempt from the energy efficiency requirements, including specific U-values for walls, roofs, floors, and windows.

This means that such buildings are not legally required to meet minimum thermal insulation standards. However, if the cabin is intended for year-round use, it is recommended to apply appropriate insulation materials to ensure thermal comfort and energy efficiency.

House Tek17 standard:

This standard provides the level of thermal insulation used in year-round residential buildings and offers the following insulation parameters:

External walls: U ≤ 0.18 W/m²K
Roof (flat or pitched): U ≤ 0.13 W/m²K
Ground floor: U ≤ 0.15 W/m²K
Windows and exterior doors: U ≤ 1.2 W/m²

The products are made with ECOSE® Technology – a natural, formaldehyde-free binder that ensures a better indoor climate, easier handling, and reduced environmental impact. They also have excellent acoustic and fire-resistant properties.

From Ampio, we integrate both the central smart home system and access solutions tailored to our cabins and houses. Each home is equipped with an internal control panel adapted to the selected functionality level – from basic functions such as lighting and heating to more advanced scene controls and automation.

In addition, an external access panel is installed at the entrance door. This allows for secure and easy access via keycard – and the panel can be personalized with the family name, a list of residents, or a custom logo, providing a personal and cohesive entrance.

The system’s level and functionality are selected by the customer through our configurator, where several predefined packages make it easy to find a solution that suits both needs and budget.

In our house models, we use Elitescreens’ hidden motorized screens combination with Ultra Short Throw Samsung Projector LPU9D.
In basic option there are standing on special minimalistic furniture. Best option offer them integrated into the ceiling or floor to preserve the view and interior aesthetics. This allows our customers to enjoy home cinema and presentation capabilities without visible technology. These products are ideal when combined with our smart home and audio systems, delivering a complete media experience – suited for both everyday useand special occasions.

Customers can choose to integrate the system into their kitchen island or countertop, and we ensure that both installation and customization are aligned with the overall interior design. Our collaboration with Allstein makes it possible to use compatible worktop material - ceramic. A premium upgrade in selected home models, for customers who desire a minimalist and high-tech kitchen. The cooking system is completely hidden beneath the countertop and is activated via a discreet control panel. In combination with our design and material choices, it creates a kitchen environment free of visual clutter – where function and aesthetics go hand in hand.

Its sleek and modern aesthetic seamlessly integrates into any kitchen decor, providing both functionality and style. The high-quality finish ensures durability and easy maintenance, making it a practical choice for contemporary homes.

In our house models, we use exclusive countertops and kitchen islands supplied by Allstein. The materials – mainly ceramics and natural stone – are selected for their high durability, aesthetic expression, and practical properties.
